A Simple Way to Create Change

Unconditional self-love is a simple yet powerful way to create rapid change in your life. Accepting your self exactly as you are right now will create an immediate shift in your reality.  When you want to change your reality, look in the mirror and start by looking at your reflection’s left eye and say ” I deeply, completely, love, value and accept myself ”.  If you become emotional allow time for the release and continue to say it looking at your left eye in the mirror until the emotional response is transformed.  Now repeat the process by looking into your right eye and saying the same statement.

This process of becoming more conscious and in a state of greater unconditional love of self takes place by being presented with an infinite number of levels of acceptance.  I think of it as though the Universe is saying ” Do you love yourself now? ” “How about now?”  ” What about this part of you?”  etc.  A clear measure of how much you truly love yourself is reflected in how loving, open and receptive you are to other people regardless of their beliefs, actions and awareness level.  Can you truly practice inclusivity with all people?  If not then you have more work to do!!!
